I particularly love it for use with my website. When a class is working on a unit, I have the RSS for that

tag appear on their webpage. That way, the minute I tag a site - it appears on the classroom page.

UPDATE!!!: I recently came across http://www.diigo.com, which does everything del.icio.us does but also allows you to highlight and take notes on the pages you book mark. Think of it as writing in the margins of the internet.
